Evolve the brand and core Web site experience to more effectively target a broader audience with the over-arching goal being to increase sales for Dickies' largest retail channel — its online e-commerce store.

With site analytics and consumer research setting the stage, we designed, tested and rebuilt Dickies.com to provide a cleaner customer-centric shopping experience that helped elevate the brand's emotional connection to a younger, more style-conscious consumer.

The redesign of the Dickies.com user experience, rounded out with a humanized online advertising campaign that simplified the shopping experience for customers, directly contributed to the evolution of the brand, as well as significantly increased online order volume by double digits.
